We continue to grow in becoming a preferred I.T. Solutions company to many small to medium-sized businesses across Australia. So we are now looking for an I.T. Office Administrator to help provide assistance to our customers & technicians on a daily basis. Our head office is located in Maroochydore, QLD. Successful candidates will be able to work from home.
This individual has to have a positive attitude, a hunger to learn, to be laser-focused, self-sufficient, strong team player, and somewhat technically minded.
This role will challenge you as you navigate through the IT landscape. This is a permanent position for someone who wants to take their career to the next level.
We are building our team here in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast and we are seeking somebody with experience to improve upon our customer service process and take it to the next level. Whether it is responding to sales or service inquiries, scheduling a technician to resolve customers’ I.T. issues, to the follow-up call afterward, there is always something challenging to do.
Calll centre experience would be advantageous, however we do provide full training, so there is no need for any technical or call centre experience.
A probation period of 30 day(s) is applicable for this role.
