We continue to grow in becoming a preferred I.T. Solutions company to many small to medium-sized businesses across the Sunshine Coast. So we are now looking for a Junior I.T. technician to join our hard-working team.
This individual has to have a positive attitude, a hunger to learn, to be a laser-focused, self-sufficient, strong team player, and Über-technical.
This role will challenge you as you navigate through our IT security landscape. This is a permanent position for someone who wants to take their career to the next level.
We are looking for a junior IT support technician responsible for technical support, software support, hardware support, network management and administration for all our Sunshine Coast based customers. You will be working closely with our Lead Technician. A large portion of this job will be providing onsite IT support services to our customers.
You may be required to provide assistance to our call center in times of large volume, scheduling technicians, and following up with customer requests.
