Job Description

Getting your Customer Service Agent role on!

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from customers to answer questions, respond to inquiries, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the organisation’s products or services.

Additionally, agents make outbound calls to set appointments, gather survey data, and chase up any outstanding debts.

We are building our team at Buzz A Geek and are seeking someone with call centre experience to improve upon our current process and take it to the next level.

Job Responsibilities

— Answer inbound calls for new and existing clients
— Schedule appointments for customers with the most relevant IT technician
— Handle and resolve customer complaints
— Provide customers with product and service information
— Ensure IT technician appointment punctuality
— Generate and follow up on quotes
— Chase up late payments from customers
— Deliver friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service to both customers and IT technicians
— Process forms, applications, and orders from customers
— Identify and escalate priority issues to a team leader or higher-level management
— Complete call notes and call reports in CRM
— Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
— Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

— Call centre experience preferred
— Experience in a sales/customer-centric environment
— Good knowledge of Office 365 desktop applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
— Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work independently
— Strong oral and written communication skills
— Analytical and organisational skills
— Professionalism at all times
— Ability to deliver superior customer service
— Experience with WordPress is a bonus
