I just want to say a very big thank you for promptly restoring my computer to it's former glory and for saving all of my programs etc.I have had quite a considerable period of time carting my computer around, firstly to the retailer where I purchased it and while it was still under extended warranty and then for the last 12 months to another place where all I seemed to get were "lame excuses" as to why it wasn't working as it should be.
